Job Description

The Sales Manager/Senior Manager-Performance role is an opportunity to work with RevX India business team to expand its DSP horizon in the Indian market. You will be responsible for driving sales from a portfolio of key agencies, brands, and direct clients by offering remarketing and acquisition campaigns solutions across in-app, m-web, and CTV inventories, thus creating and selling effective mobile advertising and platform solutions.

This role is a hybrid location (Bangalore), where the candidate must be open to travel for meetings.

What you should be excelling in when you take on this role:

  • Identify and secure opportunities with strategic advertisers and independent agencies for App Performance and App Retargeting, while fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Cultivate and expand repeat business with existing clients, establish long-term strategic partnerships, execute commercial contracts, and lead initiatives like QBRs.
  • Collaborate with key AdTech players such as MMPs and platforms to support the partnerships team in driving impactful discussions that deliver greater value to advertiser clients.
  • Collaborate with the product team to incorporate market feedback into feature development, enable initiatives with the product marketing team, drive referral programs with external partners, lead thought leadership efforts with marketing, and optimize internal processes through special projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (account management, product, engineering, business operations, etc.) to align resources and effectively address marketers' needs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years in ad tech, specializing in selling demand-side solutions directly to large brands and advertisers within the advertising technology ecosystem.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile app performance ecosystem, including DSPs, MMPs, KPIs, and SKAN.
  • Proven experience selling to app-based brands, and independent agencies across app performance ecosystems, with a vertical-agnostic approach.
  • Focus on fostering long-term, strategic partnerships rather than transactional interactions.
  • High-energy self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the determination to make a significant business impact.
  • Proactive problem solver with a focus on identifying and implementing solutions rather than just highlighting issues.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign delivery and operations, providing a strong understanding of common challenges from a client perspective.
