Job Overview:
Sr. Sales Executive
This role demands a self-motivated and creative individual with a strong passion for marketing and customer interaction. You will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing and sales activities, with the autonomy to shape and execute impactful strategies that align with the companys vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both
digital
(e.g., social media, SEO, email campaigns, paid ads) and offline
(e.g., networking events, trade shows, referrals) marketing channels. - Build and maintain a comprehensive
pipeline of qualified leads
, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. - Monitor lead conversion rates and analyze the effectiveness of various lead generation strategies.
2. Branding & Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and implement
brand positioning strategies
to strengthen brand recognition and market presence. - Plan and execute
integrated marketing campaigns
, including content creation, event planning, promotions, and outreach initiatives. - Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing collaterals, digital assets, and promotional materials.
3. Industry Engagement: Architects and Interior Designers
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as
architects, interior designers, project managers
, and consultants. - Position the companys products and services as preferred solutions within ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Attend networking events and design expos to build visibility and partnerships in the industry.
4. Product Expertise & Presentations
- Gain deep knowledge of the companys
product portfolio
, including features, applications, and USPs. - Conduct
product demonstrations and presentations
tailored to client requirements. - Clearly articulate how products meet client needs and provide added value in their projects.
5. Client Interaction & Relationship Management
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients via
in-person meetings, calls, emails, and virtual sessions
. - Understand client needs, respond to queries promptly, and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain a high level of
professionalism and responsiveness
to foster long-term relationships.
6. Sales Process & Order Closure
- Take complete ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare and present
proposals, quotations, and negotiation pitches
that align with client budgets and expectations. - Address objections effectively, manage terms of engagement, and ensure smooth transition post-order confirmation.
7. Post-Sales Support & Customer Delight
- Monitor post-sale engagement to ensure
customer satisfaction and retention
. - Resolve issues proactively, collect feedback, and facilitate after-sales service if required.
- Create opportunities for
upselling and referrals
by building trust and delivering value.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of
digital marketing tools
(e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, email automation platforms). - Excellent

Required Qualifications:
- Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architecture; MBA is an added advantage
- Experience : 3-8 years
- A proactive interest in marketing and sales with
hands-on internship/project experience
in relevant fields. - Familiarity with
client-facing roles
and a willingness to take ownership of end-to-end sales responsibilities.
Potential
Fixed part @ Rs.34k to Rs.48k per month
Variable part @Rs. 34k to Rs. Rs.54k per month
