Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer/Sr. Site Engineer with proven experience in the Windows, Doors, or Facade industry to oversee and manage the execution of multiple on-site construction and installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, maintaining timelines, and upholding quality and safety standards from project initiation to completion. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Oversee the entire lifecycle of site activities from site preparation to final installation and handover. Ensure timely execution of works as per the approved plans, design specifications, and client requirements. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project flow. Monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to schedule, raising flags when needed. Site Management Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and site labor to ensure productivity and quality. Candidate Profile: Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology , or related discipline.
