Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking experienced Senior Sales Executives with strong business acumen and proven sales expertise. The ideal candidate will take ownership of sales targets, lead client engagements, and contribute to business expansion initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage customer accounts effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
• Handle key accounts and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Train and guide junior sales team members when required.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve assigned revenue and performance targets consistently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-graduate with 4-6 years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills.
• Strong network building and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines.
