Export Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Export Sales Manager who will play a strategic role in expanding our global footprint. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, strong understanding of export laws, and proven experience in managing international markets. The candidate will lead a team of export executives and drive global sales growth through structured planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export sales strategies for revenue and market expansion.
• Lead and mentor a team of export sales executives and senior executives.
• Identify new international markets and build relationships with distributors, importers, and global partners.
• Oversee negotiation of contracts, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure complete accuracy and compliance of export documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and production.
• Track market trends, global competition, and economic indicators.
• Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Resolve escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA in International Business or Marketing.
• 6-10+ years of proven export sales experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of Incoterms, export regulations, and global trade.
• Ability to lead teams and manage high-stakes international projects.
