We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging with prospects, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is suitable for both freshers and professionals up to 3 years of experience who possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features to customers.
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with senior sales team members to plan strategies and improve revenue.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
