Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide expert advice on residential sales.
Manage sales activities to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Direct Sales, Property Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
Proven track record of achieving deal closure rates above industry average.
Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
Strong communication skills for building rapport with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
