Job Description

Position: Sr. Sales Executive

Industry: Real Estate ( Fresh Property Sales)

Location: Noida , Gr. Noida

Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate preferred)

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, managing site visits, and closing deals for fresh / primary real estate projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up. Identify and generate quality leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and events. Maintain follow-up with potential buyers and convert inquiries into site visits.

2. Client Handling

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable fresh properties (builder projects).

Provide complete guidance on property details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and builder reputation.

3. Site Visits

Arrange and conduct project site visits with clients.

Present the project features, unit layouts, and benefits clearly and professionally.

4. Sales & Negotiation

Share project pricing, offers, and availability with clients.

Negotiate and finalize deals between client and builder.

Coordinate with builders’ sales teams for inventories and booking processes.

5. Documentation & Coordination

Assist clients with booking forms, KYC, and required documentation. Ensure smooth communication between client, builder, and internal teams till the final closure.

6. Market Knowledge

Stay updated on primary market trends, new launches, builder projects, and pricing. Conduct regular competitor analysis.

7. Reporting

Maintain daily call logs, visit reports, and sales tracker. Report weekly and monthly performance to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

Customer relationship management

Real estate product knowledge (fresh properties)

Target-driven and result-oriented

Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp communication

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Real estate sales experience preferred (Fresh property experience is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
