Role Summary The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals independently. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals. Generate and qualify leads through calls, visits, online platforms, and field activities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. 2. Client Management Meet clients in person or conduct virtual meetings to understand their requirements. Present product/service offerings effectively and provide professional consultations. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. 3. Sales Process & Closing Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets consistently. 4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth delivery of services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to the Sales Manager. 5. Market Awareness Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demand. Provide feedback to management for improving product offerings and strategies. Position: Sr. Sales Executive Industry: Real Estate ( Fresh Property Sales) Location: Noida , Gr. Noida Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate preferred) The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, managing site visits, and closing deals for fresh / primary real estate projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up. Identify and generate quality leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and events. Maintain follow-up with potential buyers and convert inquiries into site visits. 2. Client Handling Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable fresh properties (builder projects). Provide complete guidance on property details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and builder reputation. 3. Site Visits Arrange and conduct project site visits with clients. Present the project features, unit layouts, and benefits clearly and professionally. 4. Sales & Negotiation Share project pricing, offers, and availability with clients. Negotiate and finalize deals between client and builder. Coordinate with builders’ sales teams for inventories and booking processes. 5. Documentation & Coordination Assist clients with booking forms, KYC, and required documentation. Ensure smooth communication between client, builder, and internal teams till the final closure. 6. Market Knowledge Stay updated on primary market trends, new launches, builder projects, and pricing. Conduct regular competitor analysis. 7. Reporting Maintain daily call logs, visit reports, and sales tracker. Report weekly and monthly performance to the Sales Manager.
