Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior sales team members, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior or B2B capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
