Our sales team is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to help aspiring entrepreneurs transition into successful business leaders. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, and closing enrollments for our 90days course. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, Sales conversion skill, a passion for growth and learning, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Engage with potential customers through Zoom Meetings in-person meetings
• Understand Entrepreneurs business needs and convert to our 90days course
• Convert leads into paying customers using consultative sales techniques
• Maintain a robust follow-up pipeline to ensure high conversion rates
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Record all lead activities and sales performance accurately in CRM systems

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in EdTech sales conversion Team
• Excellent verbal communication skills & Conversion skill
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-driven and able to perform in a target-oriented environment
• Need own Laptop to work

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
