Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Ahmednagar team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the building materials sector (Cement / Adhesive). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients including builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retail dealers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
• Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers to promote and sell GripOn Bharat’s products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
• Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities
• B2B Sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
