Job Summary: We are looking for a trustworthy and hardworking Office Boy to handle basic office support tasks and help maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to perform routine tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, pantry. Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents. Deliver documents or packages to clients or departments. Monitor and restock office supplies, pantry items, and toiletries. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring cleanliness before and after meetings. Support other administrative staff with errands and tasks as required. Ensure all areas are kept clean and organized throughout the day. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Basic understanding of office procedures. Polite, professional, and presentable. Ability to multitask and work independently. Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and delivery tasks.
