Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and full-service repairs on a variety of e-bike models (including hub motors, mid-drive systems, and battery units). Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and test equipment. Repair or replace faulty components including brakes, chains, gears, wheels, suspension, and electronics. Conduct safety inspections and test rides to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with specifications. Assemble new e-bikes and accessories to manufacturer standards. Keep detailed service records and update maintenance logs. Advise customers on repair options, costs, and maintenance practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workshop. Stay updated on emerging e-bike technologies, tools, and best practices. Follow all health and safety protocols and ensure safe handling of lithium-ion batteries.
