Job Description

Responsibilities: Administrative Support. Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting. Maintaining office filing systems, both physical and electronic. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary. Providing friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors. Maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment. General Office Support. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises. Serving refreshments to staff and visitors. Running errands, such as delivering documents or picking up supplies. Assisting with setting up and arranging meeting rooms. Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents. Assisting with minor maintenance tasks. Ensuring that office equipment is in good working condition. Qualifications: 10th or 12th Pass Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must Know to drive Bike & Car.
