Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Location: Sector 62, Noida Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Sector 62, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales of domestic and international travel packages, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships—primarily through online channels and telephonic conversations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to clients. Interact with clients over calls and online platforms to understand their travel requirements. Convert leads into successful sales through consultative selling techniques. Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business. Prepare customized travel itineraries and provide timely quotations to clients. Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa requirements. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools like Globaltravelexchange. Knowledge of major domestic and international destinations is a plus.
