Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – UPS Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in selling Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of power solutions, customer needs, and industry trends. This role involves both new business development and account management to drive growth in the assigned territory or vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve UPS product targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and enterprise sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized UPS solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and tenders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience specifically in UPS Sales (offline/online, modular, or industrial-grade systems).
  • In-depth knowledge of UPS systems, power backup solutions, and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with leading UPS brands (e.g., APC, Eaton, Emerson, Delta, Vertiv, etc.)
  • Familiarity with power audits, load calculations, and sizing of UPS systems.
  • Network of existing clients and consultants in the electrical or infrastructure sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
