Key Responsibilities

For Senior Sales Executives

• Handle enquiries, walk-ins, and conduct site visits
• Convert leads into bookings and manage the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation and follow-ups
• Support channel partner engagement and promotional activities
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey

For Head of Sales (Leadership Role)

• Lead and manage the sales function for residential projects
• Build, mentor, and supervise the sales team
• Drive revenue targets and site-visit conversion ratios
• Manage channel partner and broker relationships
• Present sales performance updates to promoters and senior management

Who Should Apply

• Senior Sales Executives: Minimum 5–8 years

  of experience in

  residential real-estate sales

  (apartments, villas, or township projects)

• Head of Sales: 8–15 years

  of experience in

  real-estate sales leadership / team management

• MBA - preferably with a focus on Sales — is preferred for all roles

• Experience in

  high-rise residential projects and villas is essential

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a

  performance-driven, on-site role in Rudrapur

Compensation

CTC Range:

(₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month — depending on experience and role)
