Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of a Sr Sales Executive: 1.     Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales targets. 2.     Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales representatives to ensure high performance. 3.     Set Sales Targets: Establish realistic and challenging sales goals for the team and individuals. 4.     Monitor Sales Performance: Track team and individual sales metrics and provide regular reports to management. 5.     Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 6.     Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 7.     Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget, including forecasts and expenditures. 8.     Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts. 9.     Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and sales-related problems efficiently. 10. Sales Reporting: Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management. 11. Negotiate Contracts: Oversee negotiation and closure of sales deals and contracts. 12. Ensure Compliance: Make sure sales activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
