The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for premium residential and commercial properties. *Key Responsibilities:* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential buyers through online inquiries, walk-ins, cold calls, and referrals. *Client Meetings & Site Visits:* Arrange and conduct property visits, understand client needs, and suggest suitable options. *Sales & Negotiation:* Present project details, explain pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently. *Relationship Management:* Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support. *Market Research:* Stay updated on Pune’s real estate trends, competitors, and market conditions. *Documentation & Coordination:* Assist clients with bookings, paperwork, and home loan coordination. *Achieve Sales Targets:* Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company. *Requirements:* Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply). *Education:* Any graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). *Skills:* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. *Knowledge:* Understanding of Pune’s real estate market and project locations. *Tech Savvy:* Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools. *Own Vehicle:* Preferred for site visits and client meetings. *Perks & Benefits:* Attractive Salary + High Incentives based on performance.
