Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and field visits
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to post-sale support
  • Maintain sales records and pipeline updates in ERP
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, consultants, and decision-makers • Overall sales and business development of the company

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
