own the relationship lifecycle with VMS platforms and implementation partners

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of Staffingine into new MSP/VMS platforms and leading-tier implementation programs.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with vendor managers, account coordinators, and engagement leads.
• Process and respond to job requisitions in systems like Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, and others.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure prompt and precise candidate submissions.
• Track and report weekly metrics—submissions, interviews, and conversion rates—in dashboard format.
• Prepare and submit capability decks and compliance documentation to secure vendor approvals.
• Identify & Close new staffing business across the US & Canada
• Empanel new clients with MSP's, VMS and SI partners
• Travel for client meetings & conferences (U.S./ India)

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working directly with MSPs and Tier-1 partners (e.g., Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Aquent)
• Familiarity with full-cycle vendor onboarding, VMS platforms, and margin structures
• Strong coordination, reporting, and relationship management skills
• Night-shift readiness and process-focused execution

Success Benchmarks (Quarterly)

• 3 new partner platforms onboarded
• 150+ quality submissions/month
• 5–10 interviews generated/month
• Compliance score ≥95% in VMS
