Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Kanpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing customer accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, the role includes presenting solutions tailored to client needs, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales expertise, including business development, client relationship management, and achieving targets
• Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater management, or environmental solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Market research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in project management or technical sales is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is advantageous
