Job Description:

AKV Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client interaction, property site visits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to customers.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels.
• Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have own bike and valid driving license.
• Knowledge of Noida and nearby property markets preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
