Role Overview

We are recruiting Sr. Sales Executives across Himachal Pradesh to lead B2B and direct sales for Govt. departments and corporate clients. Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, and achieving sales targets in IT and Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads and build business in Government and Corporate sectors.
• Conduct regular client visits across the assigned territory in Himachal Pradesh.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT, Security, and Fire etc.
• Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close sales independently.
• Maintain daily visit reports, CRM updates, and accurate sales forecasting.
• Develop strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in field Sales is mandatory. Fresher may also apply.
• Freshers will be given on-site training at our Shimla office.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skill.
• The candidate must be willing to travel within the assign territory in HP.
• A two or four-wheeler is desirable for this role.
