Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in educational sales and client management to spearhead the admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving admission growth. This is an incentive-based role with a strong focus on achieving measurable results in student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
  • Actively engage with prospective students and their families, conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive college admissions.

Admissions Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of student enrollments, with a focus on identifying and targeting high-potential clients.

Visits & Lead Generation:

  • Plan and conduct regular visits to prospective students, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of admissions leads.

Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets, driving growth in student enrollment while ensuring high conversion rates from leads to successful admissions.

Collaborative Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies, create promotional campaigns, and enhance brand awareness to support enrollment objectives. Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or a bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Sales/Marketing).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the education sector or a similar client-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving admissions, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong passion for education.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain enthusiasm and professionalism.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in admissions-related roles or educational consulting is an advantage.
