Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting our resort properties in Manali to travel agents, corporates, and event management companies. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and converting inbound queries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to travel agents, corporates, and event management companies to promote our resort properties in Manali
- Generate leads and convert them into bookings
- Handle inbound queries from travel agents and direct customers for resort bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Manali's tourism industry and market trends
