Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that the sales pipeline remains healthy and productive. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have a deep understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Sourcing and Management:
- Check and follow up on inbound leads daily from multiple sources (website, platforms, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring prompt updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure all leads are contacted within 30 minutes during working hours, and all relevant information is accurately documented in the CRM.
- Proactively research and identify potential clients, and engage with them to pitch our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors.
- Attend events or meet-up each month to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
2. Sales Calls:
- Establish and maintain rapport with all leads and clients, whether or not they are a potential client.
- Qualify leads to understand client requirements and align with our services.
- Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication without overwhelming them.
- Keep in touch with all realtors in the CRM, scheduling regular check-ins.
- Be prepared to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
3. Site Visits:
- Greet and guide clients during site visits, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Research client background (company, industry, size, decision-makers) ahead of their arrival to better understand their needs.
- Ensure the property is in excellent condition before client arrival and immediately notify the Community Manager if there are any issues.
- Maintain professional appearance at all times and ensure the client is well taken care of with necessary amenities (beverages, etc.).
4. Sales Proposals:
- Create personalized and customized proposals for potential clients based on their specific needs, showing them the value of our services.
- Ensure proposals are clear, visually engaging (including pictures of the space), and focused on how our offerings align with the client's requirements.
5. Sales Closer and Documentation:
- Negotiate pricing with clients and ensure they receive written approval (via WhatsApp or email) before finalizing the terms.
- Draft client agreements and ensure timely collection of all necessary KYC documents.
- Coordinate with the community manager to ensure agreements are notarized and a copy is handed to the client within 24 hours.
- Verify client and company legitimacy, checking signing authorities and notifying the manager immediately if anything seems unusual.
6. Lead & Sales Reporting:
- Daily updates of lead information and status in the CRM.
- Prepare a comprehensive monthly lead report detailing the number of leads, sources, quality, and conversions.
- Submit a monthly sales report summarizing revenue generated, products/services sold, and key metrics.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and suggest improvements.
7. Market Research:
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis, including site visits, and provide a detailed report on competitor strengths and weaknesses
- Identify any competitive advantages held by others and propose strategies to overcome them.
- Continuously improve the sales pitch and process, suggesting updates to the sales pipeline to your manager for approval.
8. Client Feedback:
- Collect and document feedback from all clients every month to understand what they like, what could be improved, and any potential issues
- Submit the feedback to the board members each month, ensuring actionable insights are gathered to improve customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, especially in managing multiple leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
