Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that the sales pipeline remains healthy and productive. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have a deep understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update all inbound leads in the CRM with fast response and accurate information.
  • Proactively source new clients, engage realtors, and attend monthly events for lead generation.
  • Conduct sales calls to qualify leads, build relationships, handle objections, and drive conversions.
  • Manage site visits by preparing the property, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Create customized, visually appealing sales proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, finalize terms, draft agreements, and collect all KYC documents on time.
  • Maintain daily CRM updates and prepare monthly reports on leads, sales performance, and revenue.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and suggest improvements to the sales pitch and process.
  • Collect monthly client feedback and share insights with management to improve service quality.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, especially in managing multiple leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
