● Identify new business opportunities in PEB, roofing, and LGSF sectors.
● Generate leads, pitch products, and close deals.
● Meet monthly sales targets and expand territory presence.
Gain deep product expertise in:
● Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
● Engage with purchase heads, project managers, site engineers, and business owners.
● Conduct product demos and site visits as required.
● Maintain communication and ensure timely follow-up.
● Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain the sales pipeline.
● Share market intelligence, feedback, and competitor insights.
● Coordinate order closures with internal teams.
● Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
● Address customer queries promptly.
● Ensure a smooth after-sales experience.
● Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
○ Pre Engineered Building (PEB) industry
○ Metal roofing companies
○ LGSF industry
○ Steel building components
○ Dry wall, cement board, pre-fabricated houses, POP works
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to work with targets
● Good understanding of roofing and metal building components
● Confident and target-driven
● Ability to work independently in the field
● Basic technical understanding of construction/PEB components
● Must be comfortable with extensive field visits
● Fluent in English & Hindi
● Sundays off
● Support from management in deal closures
● High-growth role with direct exposure to senior professionals
● Direct sales to companies only
