We are looking for an experienced Stock Researcher & Analyst who can provide deep research insights, track our investments, and help us manage the portfolio with the right tools and strategies. Role Description This is a part-time off-site role for a Portfolio Manager, based anywhere in India, with the following Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed fundamental and technical research on existing and potential equity investments. Provide sector and company analysis with investment theses, valuation models, and risk assessments. Recommend portfolio adjustments in line with risk appetite and investment goals. Track quarterly results, news, and events impacting the portfolio. Identify and implement advanced technological tools and software for portfolio management, tracking, and setting up real-time alerts. Build and maintain a portfolio tracking & analytics dashboard. Share regular research updates and actionable insights. Maintain and update investment strategies. Provides regular performance reports to us. Requirements & Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills in Finance and Investments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management. Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, sectors, and valuation methods. Proficiency in financial modelling and portfolio management platforms with tools for real-time alerts (e.g., TickerTape, Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, or similar). CFA, CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates. Work Mode: Part-time / Remote, with periodic review calls and reporting. Engagement: Expected time: 10-12 hours per week (flexible). Deliverables: Fortnightly performance reports, research briefs, and investment recommendations.
