Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead strategic sales efforts and contribute to the continued growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven ability to meet and exceed targets, and the skills to build long-term relationships with key clients. This role involves managing major accounts, identifying new opportunities, and mentoring junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals with clients across various sectors.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support and mentor junior sales executives to improve team performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 0–5 years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a senior or strategic sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team-player attitude.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong professional network and client portfolio.
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and strategies.

Pay: ₹14,363.10 - ₹41,510.86 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Field sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (Preferred)
