Job Description

As the Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for strengthening MilkLane s cattle feed sales across regions in Karnataka. You ll be working directly with distributors and farmers to drive volume and trust.

Overview
You will manage channel development, implement go-to-market strategies, and support local sales efforts with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Distributor Management:

  • Establish and manage local distributor partnerships.
  • Order Collections:
  • Maintain transactional efficiency and follow-up on payments.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Keep track of competitor performance and market trends.
  • Farmer Engagement:

  • Lead product trials and community-level promotions.
  • Sales Reporting:

  • Log activities and share region-wise performance updates.

  • Requirements Skills
  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience:

  • 2 6 years in rural sales; dairy or agri-products preferred.
  • Regional Fit:
  • Fluent in Kannada and comfortable in field-based work.
