Role Purpose: To drive industrial sales of Markem Imaje coding and marking solutions through new customer acquisition, account development, and revenue generation by offering high-quality technical solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory. Identify new prospects and convert them into customers through technical and commercial discussions. Generate leads through market visits, service references, exhibitions, and cold calling. Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers. Conduct periodic reviews and ensure repeat business through AMCs and upgrades. Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and propose suitable Markem Imaje solutions. Coordinate with the service team for technical feasibility and post-sales support. Commercial Handling: Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms. Reporting & MIS: Maintain records in CRM and submit visit reports, funnel status, and forecasts. Analyze sales trends and provide insights for growth. Coordination: Liaise with the back office, service team, and principals to ensure end-to-end execution. Ensure compliance with Univend’s process, core values, and reporting standards.
