Senior Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer Sales to drive growth within our hydropower business. Key Responsibilities: Proactively promoting the company's product portfolio to key stakeholders within the hydro sector, leveraging a deep understanding of the products and their applications. Driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with hydro end-users, generating product and services inquiries that align with the company's offerings. Providing technical and commercial offers for received inquiries. Conducting sales visits to customer sites for technical and commercial discussions. Providing technical support to the sales team, including product training, application engineering assistance, and joint customer visits to educate clients on our products and services. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence and Providing regular reports to management on progress and performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech.) Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales within the hydropower industry.
