Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Pune, with some remote work flexibility. The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and delivering product presentations, providing technical support during the sales cycle, analyzing customer requirements, ensuring project feasibility, and offering post-sales technical assistance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service for building and maintaining client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey technical details to stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in robotics, automation, or a related industry is highly desirable
