Senior Sales Engineer

You will be responsible for seeking potential modernization customers, visiting architects, construction companies, and establishments (residential & commercial) to identify new modernization opportunities. You will proactively search for new opportunities and play a key role in preparing offers, attending negotiations, collecting orders, closing modernization sales contracts, and ensuring contract compliance for all major modernizations. Your focus will be on aligning with Branch Modernization targets and internal procedures set by Schindler. Key Responsibilities: - Audit existing Schindler equipment to determine the retention of components and assess financial viability - Coordinate big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when necessary and collaborate with the Branch team Qualifications Required: - Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of modernization processes and procedures In this role, you will have the opportunity to work full-time with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The working schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday. The work location is in Cochi, Kerala, and you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
