Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in industrial automation and control panels. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and offering technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage leads for automation and control panel projects. • Understand customer applications and propose customized automation solutions. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for control panels, PLCs, and automation systems. • Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams for project execution. • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. • Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in sales of automation systems, electrical control panels, or PLC-based solutions. • Strong technical understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, MCC, PCC, and control wiring. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
