Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Pune, with some work from home permissible. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing customized automation solutions, and working closely with the sales team to meet customer needs. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, designing and implementing automation systems, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in the robotics and automation industry is a plus
