Senior RPA Developer – UiPath

Location:

About the Role

Senior RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using

    UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework

    .
  • Implement

    UiPath Document Understanding

    with OCR-based extraction for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.
  • Build and integrate

    machine learning models

    via UiPath AI Center into automation workflows.
  • Develop and optimize

    SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-driven automations

    .
  • Configure and manage Orchestrator assets, queues, triggers, and robots.
  • Create reusable components and templates for scalable automation.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and exception management strategies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Provide post-deployment support, performance monitoring, and workflow enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (

    Master’s degree preferred

    ).

  • 4+ years of software development experience

    with focus on RPA, automation, or scripting.
  • Strong expertise in

    UiPath Studio, REFramework, and Orchestrator

    .
  • Proficient in

    UiPath Document Understanding

    (Document Manager, Taxonomy Manager, Data Extraction, Validation Station).
  • Experience with

    OCR tools

    (OmniPage, Tesseract, Google Vision OCR, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of

    UiPath AI Center

    (data labeling, model training, ML skill deployment).
  • Proficiency in

    SQL

    : complex queries, joins, aggregations, schema design.
  • Strong understanding of

    API integrations

    (REST/SOAP, OAuth, API keys).
  • Familiarity with

    Git

    and best practices in scalable RPA design.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation (SDDs, PDDs, user manuals).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with Agile/Scrum experience.
