Malni Bistro is looking for an experienced and dependable Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations with confidence and energy. This role is only for candidates with 5+ years of experience in managing full-service restaurants. You must be proactive, hands-on, and able to take full ownership of operations, team, finances, and local marketing. Key Responsibilities Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure seamless daily service Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule service crew and kitchen staff Manage daily procurement , stock rotation, inventory control, and vendor relationships Uphold top-tier standards in food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience Supervise daily cash handling , PetPooja POS billing , expense tracking, and maintain financial accuracy in Excel Compile and present weekly P&L summaries, sales reports, and operational insights to the owner Develop and execute in-house promotions, upselling strategies , and local marketing campaigns to boost footfall and revenue Manage restaurant’s social media presence , and support planning and execution of events, private bookings, and seasonal campaignsRequirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a full service restaurant Fluent in English and Hindi Strong knowledge of POS systems (PetPooja), Excel, and basic accounting Must provide 2 verified professional references No advance salary will be provided before joining PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE, NOT COMFORTABLE WITH SALARY MENTIONED OR CANNOT RELOCATE TO SAMBALPUR WITHOUT AN ADVANCE!
