Research:

◆ Understand the client’s problem statement and develop a customized research approach. 

◆ Conduct desk research and leverage the Contify platform to gather market and competitive intelligence on specific industries, competitors, or topics. 

◆ Structure and analyze data coherently to deliver actionable insights.

◆ Prepare standard/custom reports on industry, competitor, company, or topical analysis. 

◆ Contribute to team-specific strategic initiatives. 

Project Execution/Management:

◆ Collaborate with senior members of the client and internal project teams to overcome bottlenecks. 

◆ Actively contribute to team discussions and drive continuous process improvements.

Client Communication:

◆ Engage in written and verbal communication with clients to update them on project progress and address any queries. 

◆ Lead client walkthroughs for reports/analyses prepared. 

Other Responsibilities:

◆ Collaborate with the Contify platform team to report issues or suggest enhancements. 

◆ Participate in internal initiatives to support the organization’s growth. 

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (B.Tech preferred) with 4+ yrs of experience.

● Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a plus. 

● Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to structure reports and craft compelling narratives. 

● Strong analytical skills and creative thinking. 

● Detail-oriented with the ability to filter relevant information from noise.

● Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements and meeting client objectives. 

● Strong time management and organizational skills. 

● Ability to receive feedback constructively and apply it for continuous improvement.
