Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Agra. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of U GRO Capital's financial products and services. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing client needs, developing customized financial solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills
Experience in Business Development and opportunity identification
Knowledge of Financial Products and Services
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis
Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience in the lending industry or MSME sector is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools
