Senior Relationship Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager at the company, your role involves assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with the Institutional Banking team to act as a strategic advisor, formulating investment strategies, and raising capital for clients. **Responsibilities:** - Expand a portfolio of accounts with varying/complex financial needs to achieve revenue growth and maintain good credit quality in alignment with Citis credit standards. - Identify customer needs and recommend solutions such as financing, streamlining cash management operations, and providing foreign currency solutions. - Cross-sell banking products including cash management, trade finance, structured trade products, and capital market products. - Manage all credit aspects of the relationship, conduct annual reviews, early problem recognition, and remedial management. - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup and its clients. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Citi's services to the clients effectively. **Qualifications:** - 10-12 years of experience in the field. - Strong knowledge of credit analytics, financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation. - Demonstrated expertise in relationship management as a coverage banker. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required. - Master's degree is preferred.
