Join our mission to redefine how wealth is built and managed. Role Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Senior relationship manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about financial advising, Mutual fund sales and have excellent communication skills, and be eager to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment. A background in finance is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Present and sell Mutual funds products to HNIs - Follow up diligently with prospects and ensure consistent client engagement - Work towards quarterly sales targets - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process What We’re Looking For: - Good knowledge about Mutual funds - Willingness to travel regularly within city for client meetings - Strong work ethic and job stability is must - Stability is a must for client relationship and trust builidng What we offer: - Complete day shifts (9am to 5:30pm) - Ready to work 8.5 hours shift (7.5 productive hours plus 1 hour break) - Very good growth opportunities within the organization for stable candidates Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹39,000 in hand per month (based on experience and interview performance) Performance-Based Incentives also available Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Saturdays off in a month) Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Noida – Sector 3) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
