Role Overview:

• The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile

• Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member
• • Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories

• Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service • Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up Skill and Competencies required:

• Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language (Malayalam) proactive ness, listening skills, service orientation

• Ability to read/interact to understand the customer requirements

• High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
