Responsibilities: Developing the offline B2B2C channel for the LAS (Loan Against Securities) product Onboarding Partners – Understanding the needs of each partner and convincing them to partner with Abhiloans. Regular engagement with Partners, impart Product Training, manage campaigns, organize and participate in networking events. Driving business volumes and targets through onboarded partners. Required Skill Sets : 3 -5 Years of experience in Distribution of Financial Products. Exposure and understanding of Capital Markets, Loan Against Securities, Credit Products will be Preferred Prior work experience with Mutual Fund AMC, Mutual Fund Distributors, Wealth Managers, DSA’s, Share Brokers will be an added advantage. Good Written and Spoken English along with effective Communication and Presentation skills are required. Ability To Communicate Effectively Pleasant Personality and ability to leverage existing contacts, networks in the financial services industry. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions over calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. Responsibilities Engage with and empanel new distributors and introduce and explain company products/services. Address distributor inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide relevant information. Engage with existing/ empaneled Distributors and canvass and encourage them to log in cases for LAS. Keep the Distributors informed about the latest campaigns and key product attributes and features from time to time. Understand distributor requirements, offer suitable solutions, and close deals. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Ensure timely and precise processing of Loan cases. Manage distributor grievances professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers. Keep records of all calls, interactions, and relevant distributor insights. Requirements Minimum 1 to 2years of experience as a telecaller, relationship manager, or similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and telephone systems. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and provide high-quality customer service.
