Senior Relationship Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager at BimaKavach, you will play a crucial role in owning and growing relationships with B2B clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing deep, long-term relationships with leadership teams of allocated clients. - Understanding each client's unique risk landscape and offering tailored insurance solutions across Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB lines. - Leading end-to-end account servicing including onboarding, policy renewals, cross-sells, upsells, claims support, and ongoing consultation. - Owning your portfolio by making regular client visits, delivering exceptional service, and driving growth through trust and expertise. - Generating cross sales business from existing clients by presenting Employee Benefits and Non-Employee Benefits products and recommending policy upgrades or changes. - Collaborating with internal product experts to solve client challenges and unlock new revenue opportunities. - Ensuring timely renewals, quote negotiations, and invoicing. - Assisting clients with claims processes in collaboration with internal claims specialists. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (required). - Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing corporate clients in an insurance broking firm or direct general insurance company, with expertise in commercial insurance, specifically in Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) lines. - Technical & Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proficient in MS Office tools.,
