Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for Adani Defence and Aerospace, ensuring alignment with the business units mission to bolster Indias defence capabilities through innovation and strategic growth. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support the organizations cutting-edge projects in unmanned aerial systems, small arms manufacturing, and advanced defence technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for critical roles in defence and aerospace manufacturing, including niche technical positions.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive screening and assessment processes to ensure alignment with the business units technical and cultural requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and optimize hiring processes.
  • Utilize MS Excel and other MIS tools to generate detailed recruitment reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies and consultants to fill specialized roles, ensuring alignment with Adani Defence and Aerospaces operational goals.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Adani Defence and Aerospace as an employer of choice within the defence and aerospace sector.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously enhance the talent acquisition process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and specialized hiring.
  • Experience in the defence, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates in high-tech or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong proficiency in recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, and advanced MS Excel functionalities.

Educational Background

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred.

Applicants must have prior recruitment experience specifically within the Defence and Aerospace industries.
