Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter, located in Gurugram. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various corporate roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics, staying updated with industry trends, and enhancing the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment trends, strategies, and tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong skills in advance excel and data management.
• Experience in recruiting for corporate roles and other relevant industries
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience
